Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Human Resources Executive role based in Kolkata. The HR Executive will oversee daily HR operations, including managing employee relations and implementing HR policies. Key responsibilities include recruitment and onboarding, maintaining compliance with labor laws, conducting employee engagement activities, supporting performance management processes, and handling general administrative HR tasks to ensure smooth organizational functioning.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
• Experience Minimum 2 Years in HR, 2- 5 years
• Comprehensive understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
• Prior experience in a similar role, preferably within the commercial or industrial sectors
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
