Job Description

We are looking for an HR (Recruitment, Generalist & Admin) to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of our organization. It will include processing employee data, updating company policies, and assisting in the hiring process. To be successful in this role, you should have solid organizational skills and be familiar with HR functions.

Ultimately, you will make sure all HR operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end recruitment for the organization, and recruitment-related activities like drafting the job description, job postings, candidate coordination, screening, onboarding and joining.
  • Organize and maintain personnel records.
  • Update internal databases with new hire information
  • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
  • Coordinating with vendors for hiring requirement
  • Coordinating with employees for the joining formalities
  • Maintenance of performance and appraisal related documents and policy
  • Preparing hiring plans for the organization as per departmental needs and forecasting hiring requirements
  • Answer employee's queries about HR-related issues
  • Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules).

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 to 3 years experience in a similar profile.
  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications, LinkedIn, job portals, Google drive and Google sheets in particular)
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
  • Strong telephone, email and in-person communication skills
  • Education Graduate with a specialization in HR (post graduate will be a plus)
  • Should possess prior experience in Recruitment
  • Should be a people's person with a Pleasant personality with whom employees feel comfortable to share their experience and grievances
  • Should have worked in a agency
