The role offers an opportunity to contribute to HR operations while supporting recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy implementation.

Role Overview

As an Human Resources Executive, you will be responsible for supporting and managing various human resource functions including recruitment, HR policy implementation, employee relations, and HR administration. You will work closely with leadership and employees to ensure smooth HR operations and a positive workplace culture.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage HR processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals
  • Design and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified talent
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure employee satisfaction
  • Manage day-to-day HR operations and maintain efficient HR processes
  • Handle employee relations and address workplace concerns professionally
  • Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies
  • Support HR initiatives focused on employee engagement and retention
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Collaborate with management teams to identify HR requirements and provide strategic HR support

Skills & Qualifications

  • Knowledge of HR policy development and implementation
  • Experience or understanding of recruitment strategies and talent acquisition processes
  • Basic knowledge of compensation and benefits administration
  • Understanding of Human Resource Management practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
