Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based in Gurugram. The Human Resources Executive will manage end-to-end HR operations, including maintaining employee records, coordinating onboarding and offboarding, and supporting payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with internal teams. The role will involve implementing and updating HR policies, ensuring compliance with organizational guidelines and labor regulations, and maintaining accurate HR documentation. The professional will handle employee relations by addressing queries, supporting conflict resolution, and helping foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture. Daily responsibilities also include supporting recruitment activities, scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and preparing HR reports and dashboards for management review.
Qualifications
  • Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) with the ability to support core people processes and HR best practices.
  • Hands-on experience in HR Management and HR Operations, including onboarding, documentation, and HR administration.
  • Practical knowledge of HR Policies, with the capability to interpret, implement, and help refine policy frameworks.
  • Experience in Employee Relations, including handling employee queries, supporting engagement initiatives, and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
  • Familiarity with HRIS or HR software tools, good MS Office skills, and comfort working with data and reports.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong ethical standards, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
