Roles & Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
Coordinate interviews and manage onboarding processes.
Ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for new hires.
Employee Engagement:
Support planning and execution of employee engagement activities.
Gather feedback and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
HR Operations & Compliance:
Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Coordination & Communication:
Liaise with internal departments to support HR processes.
Address employee queries and provide timely resolutions.
