Role Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Human Resource Executives to join our team on a contractual basis. This role is ideal for freshers who are looking to build a career in HR, especially in recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles
• Managing bulk hiring requirements
• Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and references
• Screening resumes and conducting initial telephonic interviews
• Coordinating interviews with hiring managers
• Maintaining candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Ensuring a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
