Role & Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end bulk recruitment across technical and non-technical roles.
- Manage high-volume hiring within defined TATs.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and vendor coordination.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Schedule interviews and ensure smooth candidate communication.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and proper documentation.
- Support onboarding formalities and joining follow-ups.
