Human Resources Executive

We're Hiring: HR Executive (On-Site) | Jaipur

Photon Retouch is looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to join our team in Jaipur. If you're passionate about recruitment, employee engagement, and building a positive workplace culture, we'd love to hear from you.

Location: Jaipur (On-Site)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹15,000–25,000 per month (depending on experience, skills, and interview performance)

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring.

* Coordinate interviews and onboarding of new employees.

* Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

* Monitor attendance, leave, and employee discipline.

* Handle employee queries and day-to-day HR operations.

* Support employee engagement initiatives and performance reviews.

* Ensure smooth HR processes and compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

* 1–3+ years of HR experience (freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

* Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HR software is an advantage.
