Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Human Resources Executive. The HR Executive will oversee and manage various HR operations, including implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and supporting organizational goals. Key responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, maintaining employee records, addressing employee concerns, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations.

Key Responsibilities:1. End-to-End Recruitment (Mandatory)

• Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Draft job descriptions and post openings on job portals and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews.
• Conduct HR interviews and salary negotiations.
• Coordinate with department heads for final selection.
• Issue offer letters, appointment letters, and manage joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and reports.

2. Payroll Management (Mandatory)

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Manage attendance, leave records, and salary inputs.
• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc.).
• Handle salary revisions, full & final settlements.
• Address employee payroll queries.

3. HR Operations

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities.
• Support performance appraisal processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws.
• Assist in employee engagement activities.
