Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive based in Mumbai. The Human Resources Executive will manage the day-to-day HR operations, including developing and implementing HR policies, fostering employee relations, and ensuring efficient HR management. The role also involves overseeing compliance, supporting recruitment processes, and contributing to the development of a positive workplace culture.

Requirements

HR

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Handle employee documentation, attendance, leave, and HR records.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely salary processing.
  • Manage probation, confirmations, appraisals, and exit formalities.
  • Address employee queries and maintain healthy employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Support performance management processes including KRA and appraisal cycles.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities and internal communications.
  • Assist management with HR reports and MIS

ADMIN

  • Oversee and manage office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Manage office supplies, ensuring adequate inventory and ordering of necessary materials.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, events, and company functions.
  • Ensure the office is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
  • Assist with preparing and proofreading reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Liaise with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to maintain office services and facilities.
  • Provide support to various departments as needed and assist with project coordination.

Qualifications

  • HR Management and HR Operations expertise
  • Strong skills in Employee Relations and implementing HR Policies
  • Solid understanding of core Human Resources (HR) practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Knowledge of labor laws and employee compliance is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred

Minimum 1 year of experience is Mandatory
