Location: Hyderbad

Profile Sr Executive HR

Experience-2 years

Ctc- upto 4 lpa (depends on interview)

Working Days- 6 days

Roles and Responsibilities :

Core HR Operations

  • Manage employee lifecycle activities: onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, personal files, and statutory documentation.
  • Support payroll inputs, attendance validation, leave management, and employee master data.
  • Coordinate with department heads on manpower requirements and HR process adherence.
  • Handle employee queries related to policies, attendance, payroll, and benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and internal guidelines.
  • Assist in performance management cycles, appraisal documentation, and MIS reporting.
  • Support employee engagement activities, HR communications, and disciplinary processes.

HRIS & Digital HR Responsibilities

  • Act as primary administrator for HRIS platform (HRone).
  • Configure and manage modules such as attendance, leave, payroll inputs, employee self-service, and workflows.
  • Ensure accurate data entry, system audits, and periodic data validation.
  • Drive adoption of HRIS across departments through training and handholding.
  • Generate HR dashboards, reports, and analytics for management review.
  • Coordinate with HRIS vendors for issue resolution, enhancements, and upgrades.
  • Lead HRIS implementation, migration, or optimization projects when required.
  • Ensure data security, access controls, and system compliance.
