This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive based in Mumbai. The Human Resources Executive will handle day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with HR policies and processes. Responsibilities include managing employee relations, overseeing recruitment activities, assisting with performance evaluations, and maintaining HR records. The role involves fostering a positive work environment and contributing to workforce development and satisfaction.

• Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
• Strong knowledge of Employee Relations and HR Policies
• Experience in managing general Human Resources (HR) tasks and processes
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Full understanding of labor laws and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in an HR-related role is an advantage
