Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end employee operations, from onboarding (induction) to exit formalities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with HRMS tools and strong knowledge of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle from induction to exit.
- Handle onboarding processes including documentation, joining formalities, and employee induction.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS system.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee data accuracy.
- Coordinate with payroll teams for salary processing and compliance.
- Handle employee engagement activities and address employee queries.
- Manage exit processes including full & final settlement, exit interviews, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with HRMS tools (Zoho People, Keka, Darwinbox, or similar).
- Strong understanding of employee operations and HR processes.
- Knowledge of onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and compliance.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA / PGDM in HR or relevant field.
- Experience in handling end-to-end HR operations.
- Exposure to payroll coordination and employee engagement initiatives.
