Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managed end-to-end candidate onboarding, including coordination and collection of required documentation.
- Maintained and updated the employee database with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinated and monitored timesheets for US-based employees to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
- Assisted and actively participated in the full US staffing and recruitment lifecycle.
- Interacted with and recruited US Citizens, Green Card holders, and Foreign Nationals for client requirements.
- Conducted phone screenings, completed pre-qualification assessments, and aligned candidates to appropriate roles, locations, and client needs.
- Identified and developed new sourcing channels to strengthen the recruitment pipeline and ensure consistent talent availability.
- Contributed to employer branding initiatives to enhance organizational visibility and attract quality talent.
