Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, based in Mathura. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR-related operations, overseeing employee relations, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and executing HR strategies to support the company's goals. Key responsibilities include implementing and maintaining HR processes, addressing employee concerns, contributing to talent acquisition efforts, and collaborating with management to drive organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices, including HR management and operations
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance
- Strong skills in employee relations and ability to address workplace concerns effectively
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and in dynamic environments
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is an advantage
- Experience with HR software systems and tools is preferred
