Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Rajkot. The Human Resources Executive will handle day-to-day HR operations, including managing employee relations, implementing HR policies, and ensuring smooth HR management. The candidate will be responsible for fostering a positive work environment and maintaining compliance with labor laws.

Qualifications

• HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
• Experience in HR Operations and implementing HR Policies
• Strong Employee Relations management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
