About the role

Lead people operations for MSGP's Bengaluru workforce — spanning field collection crews, transport operators, and compost processing plant staff.

Full-time On-site · Bengaluru: 2–3 yrs exp

Compensation: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month · 

Key responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for field, plant & admin roles across operational zones

• Manage attendance, shift scheduling & payroll inputs for 100+ frontline workers

• Ensure compliance with labour laws, ESI/PF & GBA/BBMP contractor norms

• Coordinate safety training, PPE issuance & occupational health programs

• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary proceedings & HR documentation

• Liaise with BBMP officials & contract labour agencies for workforce planning

• Drive onboarding, appraisal cycles & retention initiatives

Requirements

• MBA / PG Diploma in HR or equivalent

• 2+ years in HR; waste management or municipal services preferred

• Proficiency in HRMS tools, MS Office & Kannada/English communication

• Strong knowledge of Karnataka labour regulations
