Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and promote workplace harmony

Administer payroll, benefits, and ensure statutory compliance

Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory regulations, and safety standards

Develop training programs to enhance employee skills

Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion

Manage internal communications and engagement initiatives

Oversee employee wellness programs and HR budget management

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)

Minimum 8-10 years of HR management experience in a manufacturing or industrial setup

Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance

Proven expertise in employee engagement, talent acquisition, and performance management

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
