Job Title: HR Executive

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and driven HR professional to take complete ownership of HR and administrative responsibilities for our Mumbai office. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role where you will act as the single point of contact for all HR and people-related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure timely closures
- Drive candidate experience and strengthen employer branding at a local level
2. HR Operations
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit)
- Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR data
- Ensure adherence to company policies and processes
3. Employee Engagement & Relations
- Act as a trusted point of contact for employees
- Drive engagement initiatives, connect programs, and culture-building activities
- Address employee concerns and foster a positive work environment
4. Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with internal teams and leadership on HR initiatives
- Coordinate with external vendors for HR and administrative requirements
5. Admin & Office Operations
- Oversee day-to-day office administration
- Ensure smooth functioning of workplace facilities
- Manage logistics and vendor coordination
6. Process Improvement
- Identify gaps and drive efficiency in HR processes
- Implement automation, documentation, and HR best practices

- Hands-on experience managing multiple HR functions end-to-end
