Job Description

Job Title: HR Executive

Location: Quest Coworks, Andheri East, Mumbai (Work from Office – 5 Days a Week)

Experience: 1-3 Years of experience

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and driven HR professional to take complete ownership of HR and administrative responsibilities for our Mumbai office. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role where you will act as the single point of contact for all HR and people-related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure timely closures
  • Drive candidate experience and strengthen employer branding at a local level

2. HR Operations

  • Manage the complete employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit)
  • Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR data
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and processes

3. Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Act as a trusted point of contact for employees
  • Drive engagement initiatives, connect programs, and culture-building activities
  • Address employee concerns and foster a positive work environment

4. Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with internal teams and leadership on HR initiatives
  • Coordinate with external vendors for HR and administrative requirements

5. Admin & Office Operations

  • Oversee day-to-day office administration
  • Ensure smooth functioning of workplace facilities
  • Manage logistics and vendor coordination

6. Process Improvement

  • Identify gaps and drive efficiency in HR processes
  • Implement automation, documentation, and HR best practices

  • Hands-on experience managing multiple HR functions end-to-end
