Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Coimbatore. As a Human Resources Executive, you will be responsible for managing HR operations, ensuring the implementation and adherence to HR policies, fostering employee relations, and supporting workforce planning and development. You will play a vital role in building and maintaining a positive organizational culture and ensuring compliance with HR practices and standards. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with department leaders, facilitating training programs, and maintaining employee records.

Qualifications

• Proficient in HR Management and HR Operations
• Experience in Employee Relations and implementation of HR Policies
• Strong understanding and practical knowledge of Human Resources (HR) as a discipline
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in a similar HR role is preferred
