Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources (HR) Executive located in Bengaluru. The HR Executive will manage and oversee HR operations, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory policies. Responsibilities include implementing and maintaining HR policies, facilitating employee relations, overseeing recruitment and onboarding, managing performance reviews, and ensuring adherence to labor laws and best practices. The role requires close collaboration across departments to foster a supportive and productive workplace environment.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of HR Management and experience in HR Operations
- Expertise in Employee Relations and implementation of HR Policies
- Comprehensive understanding of Human Resources (HR) practices and labor laws
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- MSW or MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; advanced certifications in HR are a plus
- Prior experience working in manufacturing or automotive industries is an advantage
