We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Executive Intern to support our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations, making it ideal for candidates who are eager to start their career in HR.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
- Maintain and update employee and candidate records
- Support onboarding and induction activities
- Assist in HR documentation and report preparation
- Coordinate with internal teams for HR-related activities
- Support employee engagement initiatives
- Handle basic HR queries and provide assistance to employees
Requirements & Skills:
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of HR concepts and processes
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
Qualification:
- MBA (HR) completed or pursuing
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field completed or pursuing
