We're expanding our HR team and are looking for an enthusiastic *HR Executive* to help us build exceptional teams for our growing *Influencer Marketing Agency*.
*Location:* New Delhi
*Experience:* 1–2 Years
*Work Mode:* 5 Days Working
*Preferred:* Immediate Joiners
What You'll Be Doing
* Lead end-to-end recruitment across business functions.
* Source and attract quality talent through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media.
* Coordinate interviews and work closely with hiring managers to ensure timely closures.
* Manage offer rollouts, pre-boarding, onboarding, and new hire documentation.
* Maintain recruitment dashboards, HR records, and hiring reports.
* Support employee engagement activities and day-to-day HR operations.
* Assist in implementing HR policies and maintaining employee records.
Who Should Apply
* 1–2 years of HR experience with a strong recruitment background.
* Prior hiring experience in an *Influencer Marketing, Advertising, Digital Marketing, or Media Agency* is *mandatory*.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
