Position: HR Executive (may vary based on experience and skills)

Role Overview: The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end talent acquisition and supporting key HR operations. This role requires a proactive individual who can partner with stakeholders, ensure efficient HR processes, and contribute to employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, engagement, and HR analytics.

Qualification: MBA in HR or related field from a reputed institution/university will be preferred.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Sound understanding of recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations.
  • Proficiency in HRMS tools, Microsoft Office, and data management.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret HR data and generate insights.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Required Experience: 5 years of experience in recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations (MIS/reporting).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver quality hires within defined timelines.
  • Drive onboarding and induction processes to ensure seamless employee integration
  • Prepare and manage HR documentation including offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, and exit documentation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR database integrity.
  • Generate and analyze HR reports (recruitment metrics, dashboards, attrition data, etc.) to support decision-making.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and HR programs.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and assist in process improvements.
  • Provide administrative and operational HR support as required.
