Job Description

Job Summary

The HR Executive will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment activities and supporting day-to-day HR operational functions to ensure smooth and effective HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Hiring

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for teaching and non-teaching positions.
  • Screen resumes, shortlist candidates and schedule interviews.
  • Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.
  • Issue offer letters and support joining formalities.

HR Operations

  • Manage employee records, files and HR documentation.
  • Support onboarding and induction of new employees.
  • Assist in employee engagement and HR activities/events.
  • Support policy implementation and internal HR communication.

General HR Support

  • Respond to employee queries related to HR processes.
  • Coordinate with payroll and admin teams when required.
  • Ensure compliance with internal HR procedures.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word and email communication
