Job Summary
The HR Executive will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment activities and supporting day-to-day HR operational functions to ensure smooth and effective HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for teaching and non-teaching positions.
- Screen resumes, shortlist candidates and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.
- Issue offer letters and support joining formalities.
HR Operations
- Manage employee records, files and HR documentation.
- Support onboarding and induction of new employees.
- Assist in employee engagement and HR activities/events.
- Support policy implementation and internal HR communication.
General HR Support
- Respond to employee queries related to HR processes.
- Coordinate with payroll and admin teams when required.
- Ensure compliance with internal HR procedures.
Required Skills & Competencies

- Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment
