Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Records Management: Maintain and update employee data, attendance, and leave records in HRIS
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Post jobs, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and facilitate new hire onboarding/orientation
  • Payroll & Benefits Support: Compile monthly payroll data (attendance, leaves) and assist with benefits administration.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies, leave, and payroll.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, such as PF, ESI, and other local regulations.
  • Documentation: Issue offer letters, employment contracts, and manage exit formalities.

Must Have Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: 13+ years of administrative or HR support experience.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to handle employee inquiries effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
