Role Purpose
This role goes beyond HR administration. You will help build strong teams, smooth onboarding, clear performance systems, and a culture of accountability and excellenceworking closely with founders and business heads.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition
- Own end-to-end hiring for digital, creative, tech, and client servicing roles
- Build consistent pipelines via LinkedIn, referrals, and intern conversions
- Screen for skill, attitude, learning speed, and ownership mindset
2. Structured Onboarding
- Drive Day-1 to Day-30 onboarding
- Ensure new hires clearly understand expectations, culture, and performance metrics
- Track probation progress with meaningful reviews
3. Performance & Growth
- Support KRA/KPI tracking, monthly reviews, and quarterly evaluations
- Work with team leads to identify performance gaps early and support improvement
- Enable a culture of feedback, growth and merit-based progress
4. HR Operations
- Manage attendance, leave, payroll inputs, documentation, and compliance
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready HR systems
5. Culture & Employee Experience
- Drive engagement initiatives tied to team wellness and momentum
- Build recognition systems based on performance and contribution
- Handle employee concerns with fairness, clarity and maturity
6. Learning & Development
- Identify training needs across teams
- Coordinate internal knowledge sharing and external training programs

Requirements
