Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Bardez. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, implementing HR policies, and fostering positive employee relations. Day-to-day tasks include handling recruitment processes, managing employee records, ensuring compliance with labor laws, coordinating training and development programs, and supporting managers with employee lifecycle activities. This role also involves maintaining a productive and collaborative work environment within the organization.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
  • Strong experience in Employee Relations and implementing HR Policies
  • Solid understanding of Human Resources (HR) practices and compliance requirements
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and provide strategic HR support to meet organizational goals
  • Relevant educational background, such as a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a similar HR role is highly preferred
