Job Title - Human Resource Executive
Experience: 2+ years of experience working for a digital/advertising agency
Responsibility
You will be a part of the People & Culture team, ensuring smooth operations while building a workplace that people enjoy being part of

● Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, coordination & offer rollout)
● Work closely with team leads to understand hiring needs and close positions efficiently
● Drive onboarding and create a smooth employee experience
● Be the point of contact for employee queries and day-to-day HR support
● Plan and execute engagement activities, events & culture initiatives
● Coordinate training sessions and support team development initiatives
● Maintain employee records, HRMS and all documentation
● Handle letters, policies, attendance and compliance processes
● Stay updated with HR & industry trends and bring in fresh ideas
● Use AI tools to improve HR efficiency and processes
● Create and update HR policies aligned with company culture
● Conduct exit interviews and share actionable insights

Education:
Bachelor's Degree or above in Human Resources, Management or relevant field
Skills:
● Strong communication and coordination skills
● Hands-on experience with HRMS/HRIS and MS Office
● Organised, proactive and detail-oriented
● Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
● Creative thinker with a people-first approach
● Comfortable using AI tools and adapting to new ways of working
