Job Summary
Looking for an HR Operations professional with 2–3 years of experience in employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, HR compliance, documentation, and HR systems support. Candidate should have experience in shared services HR operations and be comfortable working in US shifts.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, employee changes, and exits
· Handle HR documentation: offer letters, contracts, amendments, letters, and employee records
· Coordinate onboarding/offboarding activities, background verification, and exit formalities
· Support payroll inputs, validation, benefits administration, and employee payroll queries
· Ensure HR compliance, audits, policy adherence, and documentation accuracy
· Maintain employee data in HRMS and generate HR reports/MIS
· Resolve employee queries related to payroll, leave, benefits, and policies
· Create SOPs and improve HR operational processes
Required Skills
· 2–3 years in HR Operations / Shared Services
· Experience in payroll coordination & employee lifecycle management
· Knowledge of HRMS tools: Darwinbox, Justwork
· Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
· Experience in AI-enabled HR operations, process automation, and digital HR transformation.
· Strong Excel, reporting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
· Willingness to work in US Shift
