As part of our expanding HR team, we're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Executive who brings hands-on experience in managing core HR operations and employee lifecycle management within a fast-paced IT/software development environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, induction, benefits , engagement initiatives and exit processes.
- Handle HR operations, maintain HRIS and ensure data accuracy and timely documentation.
- Coordinate performance management activities, including review cycles and feedback mechanisms.
- Support talent engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Address employee queries related to policies, benefits, and day-to-day HR matters.
- Collaborate with team leads and managers to support employee development, recognition, and retention strategies.
- Assist in the creation and rollout of HR policies, SOPs, and process improvements aligned with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective communication and alignment.
- Efficiently manage and prioritize multiple HR responsibilities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Qualifications & Skills:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA HR preferred)
- 3 to 5 years of relevant HR experience in an IT or technology-driven organization
- Strong understanding of HR operations, labour laws, and compliance requirements.
- Hands-on experience with HR platforms (Zoho People Plus or similar HRIS platform preferred)
- Experience working with HR software/HRIS platforms (Zoho People Plus experience is a plus).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
