Human Resources Executive

We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and hardworking HR Executive to assist with our recruiting activities. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for posting job applications online, screening resumes, screening potential candidates, and setting up interviews.

To ensure success as an HR Executive, you should have excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask. You should understand the needs of the company and ensures that only qualified candidates make it through to the final interview.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assisting the Hiring Lead with recruitment duties.
• Reviewing available positions and candidate requirements.
• Posting job applications on social media and job sites.
• Tracking open positions.
• Assisting the hiring team in screening candidate resumes.
• Contacting candidate references and verifying education requirements.
• Conducting initial phone screenings.
• Communicating with candidates and setting up interviews.
• Managing the resume database.
• Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
• Carrying out necessary Internal HR administrative duties.
• Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.

Expectation

• MBA/Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or similar field from reputed colleges & universities.
• Previous experience working in the HR domain (Intern) would be preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced interpersonal skills.
• Critical thinking skills.
• Ability to conduct interviews over the phone.
• Excellent decision-making skills.
• Good organizational skills.
