We are looking for a dedicated HR Executive who understands the specific demands, high pressure, and fast-paced nature of the event management industry.

• End-to-End Recruitment: Source and hire specialized talent for event production, operations, and creative roles who understand our commitment to quality.
• Manpower Planning: Coordinate staffing requirements for large-scale corporate events, ensuring the right team is in place for every project.
• Freelancer Management: Build and maintain a verified database of event freelancers (emcees, technicians, promoters, and hospitality staff).
• Employee Engagement: Foster a culture of Clarity and Trust within the Ground Zero team to ensure seamless coordination during live events.
• Policy Implementation: Manage attendance, payroll inputs, and compliance specific to the irregular hours and on-site demands of the event industry.

• Industry Experience: You must have at least 2 years of experience working as an HR professional within an Event Management company.
• Operational Understanding: Deep knowledge of how event teams operate, including the ability to identify talent that can handle high-stress environments.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to manage both internal corporate teams and external event vendors.
• Problem Solving: Ability to provide less struggle and more clarity when handling personnel issues or sudden staffing shifts.
