We are looking for a proactive and well-spoken HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and on-ground HR operations for our Mumbai office. You will work closely with the HR lead based in Delhi for coordination and support.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for Mumbai roles (sourcing, screening, interviews, coordination).
• Handle daily HR operations such as onboarding, documentation, attendance, and employee queries.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and MIS reports.
• Coordinate with the Delhi HR team for processes, updates, and operational tasks.
• Support employee engagement, compliance, and general office HR needs.

• 13 years of HR experience with strong focus on recruitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and operate independently.
• Strong organisational and coordination abilities.

Preferred

• Consultancy/agency hiring experience preferred.
