We are hiring an HR & Talent Coordinator who will take ownership of hiring, employee operations, and workplace happiness. This is a high-ownership, execution-focused role suited for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end hiring job postings, resume screening, initial calls, interview coordination, and offer rollouts
  • Manage onboarding and documentation agreements, NDAs, employee records, and HR system updates
  • Coordinate attendance, leave tracking, and payroll inputs with accuracy and consistency
  • Act as a first point of contact for employee concerns and ensure timely resolution and follow-ups
  • Maintain probation, confirmation, and performance trackers in coordination with reporting managers
  • Handle exit and offboarding processes including interviews, asset tracking, and final settlements
  • Support employer branding initiatives through LinkedIn posts and basic visibility efforts

Requirements

  • 13 years of experience in HR / Recruitment roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable using Excel / Google Sheets and HR tools
  • High ownership mindset and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
