About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and people-focused HR Executive to join our team in Indore. For candidates with highly relevant creative agency HR experience, we are also open to considering a work-from-home arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and employee integration.
- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives tailored for creative and fast-paced teams.
- Oversee HR operations, including payroll, attendance, and employee records.
- Support leadership in performance management, appraisals, and training programs.
- Foster a positive work culture aligned with the needs of a creative workforce.
- Ensure HR policies, compliance, and company standards are maintained.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 13 years of proven HR experience (experience in a creative agency setup is highly preferred).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working with advertising agencies, digital marketing firms, design studios, or creative-led companies.
- Exceptional candidates with creative agency backgrounds may be considered for remote work.
