Job Description

HR Executive

Location: Sector 48, Gurugram

Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST

Experience: 3–5 Years

Work Mode: Work from Office | 5 Days Working | Full-Time

MPG Group is looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Executive to manage HR operations for employees working across UK & US shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage attendance, leaves, working hours & HR operations

• Handle employee queries, grievances & engagement

• Support recruitment, screening, interviews & onboarding

• Maintain employee records, HR reports & MIS

• Coordinate with managers and employees

• Support employee retention and workplace initiatives

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist roles

• Strong communication, coordination & interpersonal skills

• Experience supporting international teams is preferred

• Good problem-solving and employee-relations skills

• Comfortable working in the UK shift (1 PM–10 PM IST)

Strong ownership, follow-up, and ability to handle confidential HR matters professionally.
