Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Chennai. The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, develop and implement HR policies, and maintain employee relations. Responsibilities include overseeing HR management processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting the professional growth and well-being of team members. The role also involves fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring the alignment of HR practices with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in HR Management and HR Operations
• Proficiency in Employee Relations and the development of HR Policies
• Expertise in general Human Resources (HR) functions
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and maintain confidentiality
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
