Position: HR & Admin Executive
dSPACE India Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a HR & Admin Executive. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth organizational operations by combining strategic HR support with comprehensive administrative management. The incumbent will act as a key liaison between employees, management, and external partners, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and a positive workplace experience.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Human Resources
- Manage recruitment and hiring process, including job postings and candidate coordination.
- Oversee employee onboarding, induction, and orientation programs.
- Maintain employee records and update internal databases (attendance, leave management).
- Support performance reviews, appraisals, and employee development initiatives.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and assist in HR audits and reporting.
- Address employee queries and foster a positive work environment.
- Manage HR portal and assist with payroll coordination.
- Organize employee engagement activities and wellness programs.
Administration
- Office Operations Management: Ensure smooth functioning of office facilities, utilities (electricity, water), and housekeeping services.
- Procurement & Inventory: Oversee domestic purchases, maintain office stock (stationery, pantry supplies), and track inventory.
- Travel & Event Coordination: Plan and manage business travel, conferences, and internal events.
- Facility Management: Supervise office maintenance, repairs, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Budget & Cost Control: Monitor administrative expenses, negotiate vendor contracts for cost efficiency.
- Security & Compliance: Coordinate office security measures, visitor management, and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Technology & IT Support Liaison: Coordinate with IT team for office hardware/software requirements and troubleshooting.
- Document & Record Management: Maintain administrative files, agreements, and ensure timely renewals.
- Reception & Front Desk Supervision: Manage reception operations and visitor handling.
Requirements – Qualification & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in any stream; HR certification preferred.
- 2–3 years of experience in HR and comprehensive office administration.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, HR portals, and CRM tools.
- Ability to manage vendors, budgets, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in English and preference to converse in 2 local languages.
