Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee engagement.
- Maintain and update employee data using HRMS tools and spreadsheets.
- Handle monthly payment processing and coordinate with finance on salary disbursements and creator/vendor payments.
- Develop and implement employee welfare programs and performance management systems.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture; drive initiatives for motivation and retention.
- Oversee policy formulation, compliance, and documentation.
- Lead internal communication and resolve grievances with empathy and fairness.
- Support leadership in manpower planning and organizational development.
- Conduct exit interviews and ensure smooth offboarding processes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with department heads for HR alignment and team support.
Requirements:
- Experience: 25 years in HR, preferably in an influencer marketing or marketing agency setup.
- Strong command of HRMS tools, Google Sheets/Excel, and payment gateways.
- Excellent understanding of employee welfare schemes and culture management.
- Skilled in negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to multitask and handle fast-paced environments with professionalism.
- Must be comfortable working on-site, Monday to Friday.
