Job Summary:

The Human Resources Executive will support core people operations across the organization, ensuring effective execution of HR policies, processes, and employee lifecycle activities. This role involves recruitment coordination, employee engagement, performance support, and compliance with internal guidelines. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, operational discipline, and the ability to manage multiple HR functions in a growing organization. Primary Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Support performance review and appraisal processes
• Handle employee queries related to policies and procedures
• Coordinate training and internal development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal standards
• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Certification in HR management is an advantage

Experience

• 37 years of experience in an HR executive or generalist role
