Role Description
The HR Executive will manage HR operations, develop and implement HR policies, facilitate employee relations, and oversee day-to-day HR activities.
Responsibilities also include Hiring assistance, shortlisting Candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews for onboarding, and supporting organizational goals through effective HR practices
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
- Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
- Strong skills in Employee Relations and overall Human Resources (HR)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulatory compliance
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience of at least 3 to 5 years in a similar role is must.
