Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Executive to support day-to-day human resource operations. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee records, payroll coordination, and HR compliance while ensuring a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Statutory Compliance Management
- Ensure compliance with labour laws such as:
- Provident Fund (PF)
- Employee State Insurance (ESI)
- Professional Tax (PT)
- Gratuity Act
- Bonus Act
Payroll Compliance
- Coordinate with payroll team to ensure statutory deductions (PF, ESI, PT, TDS)
- Validate monthly challans and returns filing
- Ensure timely payments to government authorities
Returns & Filings
- File monthly, quarterly, and annual returns
- Liaise with government departments (PF office, ESIC, Labor Office)
- Handle inspections and audits from authorities
4. Documentation & Audits
- Maintain employee records and compliance documentation
- Prepare reports for internal and external audits
- Ensure compliance documentation is updated and accessible
5. Policy Implementation
- Support HR policies aligned with statutory requirements
- Keep updated with changes in labour laws and regulations
6. Vendor & Consultant Coordination
- Work with compliance consultants, auditors, and legal advisors
- Ensure third-party vendors comply with statutory norms
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in HR operations (Freshers may be considered)
- Knowledge of HR processes, labour laws, and statutory compliance
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience with payroll and HRMS software
