This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at COLIWO, located in the Pune Division. The HR Executive will oversee daily HR operations, manage employee relations, implement and maintain HR policies, and ensure compliance with all HR standards. The role involves recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and fostering a positive work environment.

• Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations with a focus on strategy and implementation
• Strong understanding of Employee Relations and best practices to maintain a collaborative workplace
• Experience in drafting, implementing, and maintaining HR Policies
• In-depth knowledge of Human Resources operations and compliance requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in the co-living, co-working, or hospitality sector is a plus
