This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, located in Dundigal Gandimaisamma. The responsibilities include overseeing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring the alignment of human resources initiatives with company objectives. The role also involves collaborating with management to create a positive work culture and ensuring that HR practices comply with legal and organizational standards.

• Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
• Strong skills in Employee Relations and developing HR Policies
• Comprehensive understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the FMCG or retail industry is advantageous
