We are looking for a proactive and sharp HR Recruiter who can efficiently manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to identify and attract top talent in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and departments.
Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
Build a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future requirements.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Negotiate salary and finalize offers with selected candidates.
Maintain recruitment reports and share updates with management.
Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent candidate screening and evaluation ability.
Good knowledge of job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and recruitment tools.
Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Minimum 2 yrs of exp.
