Role Summary
As a Human Resources Executive, you will be the primary architect of a workplace culture that bridges the gap between the founder's vision and daily operations. You will drive the company's growth by identifying top talent, ensuring operational compliance, and fostering an environment where every team member feels aligned and motivated. Your work will directly impact organizational stability through strategic retention efforts and proactive problem solving across all departments.
What You'll Do
* Build a high performing workforce by managing the full recruitment lifecycle and streamlining the hiring process to meet growth targets.
* Ensure organizational stability by implementing retention strategies that minimize attrition and enhance long term employee engagement.
* Guarantee operational accuracy and legal security by managing payroll and maintaining strict adherence to all statutory compliance requirements.
* Cultivate a cohesive work environment by resolving interdepartmental grievances and designing initiatives that strengthen team bonding.
* Act as a strategic partner to leadership by translating the founder's vision into actionable cultural standards for the entire organization.
What We're Looking For
* Mid level experience in human resources with a strong background in end to end recruitment and talent management.
* Comprehensive knowledge of payroll processing and Indian statutory compliance standards.
* Proven ability to manage people and resolve complex interpersonal or interdepartmental conflicts effectively.
* Demonstrated success in building workplace culture and organizing activities that improve team morale.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to align diverse teams with a central corporate mission.
Bonus Points
* Experience utilizing HRMS platforms and AI tools to automate and optimize HR workflows.
* Previous experience in marketing or employer branding to attract high quality candidates through creative storytelling.

Compensation and Benefits
* Annual salary ranging from 3 LPA to 5 LPA.
