This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Chennai. The Human Resources Executive will oversee HR management and operations, implement and maintain HR policies, and manage employee relations. The role involves assisting in recruitment processes, monitoring employee performance, and providing support for HR functions to foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture.

• Strong skills in HR Management and HR Operations
• Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Proficiency in Employee Relations and conflict resolution
• Thorough understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with labor laws and compliance requirements is a plus
