Job Description

Job Summary

The HR Officer supports the Human Resources department in executing HR functions such as recruitment, employee records management, onboarding, payroll coordination, and compliance. The role focuses on assisting in day-to-day HR operations, maintaining employee relations, and ensuring company policies and procedures are followed.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules.
  • Support onboarding and induction of new employees.
  • Prepare offer letters and joining documentation.
  1. Employee Records & Documentation
  • Maintain employee personal files and HR database.
  • Update employee records such as attendance, leave, and personal details.
  • Ensure all HR documentation is properly maintained and filed.
  1. Attendance & Leave Management
  • Monitor employee attendance and leave records.
  • Coordinate with departments regarding attendance discrepancies.
  • Assist in preparing monthly attendance reports for payroll.
  1. Payroll Support
  • Coordinate with the finance/payroll team for salary processing.
  • Maintain records related to employee benefits, deductions, and reimbursements.
  1. Employee Engagement
  • Support HR initiatives such as training programs, employee engagement activities, and internal communication.
  • Address basic employee queries regarding HR policies.
  1. Compliance & Policy Implementation
  • Ensure compliance with company HR policies and labor laws.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and MIS for management.
