Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Identifying and attracting top talent by creating job descriptions, posting job openings, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
- Sourcing: Actively seeking out potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking. Develop and implement strategies to promote job openings to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes and applications to assess candidates qualifications and suitability for the position. Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates. Provide guidance to both parties about interview logistics and expectations.
- Reference Checks: Conduct reference checks to verify candidates qualifications and character. Summarize and share reference feedback with hiring managers.
- Offer Negotiation: Collaborate with hiring managers to extend job offers to selected candidates. Negotiate salary and other benefits on behalf of the company and candidates.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and keep them informed about job opportunities. Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate information and hiring process progress. Generate reports and analytics on recruitment activities.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
